2014 Workouts

In 2013, I set a goal to workout at least 225 times. Unfortunately I only completed 155 workouts, which I tracked here. I can come up with plenty of excuses to include our move across the world, pregnancy, and Jesse's injury! I hate that I didn't come close to meeting my goal but I am proud that I somewhat stuck with a consistent routine, even throughout my pregnancy. Anyway, it's a new year which means it's time for a new goal.

I've decided to stick with shooting for a specific number of workouts. I like that it allows me to be flexible, but still requires consistent working out. This year my goal will be to complete 185 workouts. That's approximately 16 workouts a month, not including January. I'm trying to give myself a little more wiggle room since I know I won't be able to do any intense workouts for 6 weeks once little miss arrives. I'm excited to get back into a good workout routine and I can't wait to track them all here!
