1. I've been a horrible blogger lately! I have about 7 posts in my drafts but I've yet to finish any of them. Maybe one of these days...

2. I finally started making a blog book. I've been wanting to do it for so long and I finally got the push I needed a few days ago. I went to check on my blog and all I kept getting was a blank white screen. I thought for sure my beloved blog was gone for good! :( I have SO many memories documented here and I would be devastated if they were lost. So I decided to use Blurb.com. It's pretty neat because it automatically populates the book with all of your posts.  I'm going to do it by year and so far I've done about 6 pages for 2010. It's taking me forever because I'm reformatting each page. Hopefully I'll finish sometime before 2015. :)

My first two posts

3. Emerson started her 3rd session of Kindermusik last week. She was so tiny when we first started and now she is one of the older babies in the class. She used to stick to me like glue but now she is all over the place. She is really getting more independent and less shy when we are in group settings.

4. I've decided to start watermarking all of my pictures. Yesterday Becky posted a very scary story about her pictures being used without permission and it gave me the push I needed. Yes, it's an extra step, but I think it's worth it. I'd love to get all of my previously posted pictures watermarked but I'm not sure that's going to happen.

5. I used Picmonkey.com to do the watermarking for this post. From what I can tell it looks like it's going to be the new Picnik. Yay! Right now it just allows for editing but it says collages are coming soon. Between that and PSE I really have no excuse to have unedited, un-watermarked photos!

6. I'm taking a break from counting calories and just focusing on working out. I think I should be able to maintain my weight this way... or at least I hope so. I finally started the Brazil Butt Lift and today was Day 3. So far I like it a lot and I'm pretty sore. :)  I'll post more about it on Friday.

7. I am so sad because two of our packages got lost in the mail. :( One was a shipment of bows from The Princess and Me and it had all of E's holiday bows (V-Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter) as well as some more of the adorable double ruffle bows. :( The other was a Valentine's Day box for Emerson from Mimi and Pa. It had her V-Day shirt, a bathing suit, and a bunch of other goodies. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that both boxes are going to show up but I know it's not likely at this point.

8. I have only read one book since I finished the Harry Potter series. I don't know why I've been such a slacker when it comes to reading! I did finally buy some Karen Kingsbury books for my Kindle a few days ago. They were on sale for $2.99 so I just couldn't pass them up. They're part of the Bailey Flanigan series, which is a spinoff of the Redemption series that I read last year. I'm really looking forward to reading them.

9. I know I say this all the time but Emerson is growing up so fast! It seems like she is doing something new every day. I can't believe she will be 10 months old in 5 days, but at the same time it's hard to believe she's only been in our lives for such a short time. I feel like I've loved her forever.

10. It's past 9:00 here which means it's time for me to hit the hay. Emerson has decided that her new wake-time is around 7:00 am so we've been going to bed pretty early. I guess that might explain my lack of blog posts, books read, and everything else for that matter. This girl needs her beauty sleep.

How does she like the music class?? I really want to take one with Callyn. I've been waiting until she sits up a little bit better so she can be more interactive!
That post on photo stealing totally freaked me out too. Last night I had a long talk with my husband about making my blog private. I disabled right click on my blog for now because I know I won't watermark all my pics, though I really should.
I used picmonkey the other day...love it!
Callyn decided to start waking up between 7-7:30 recently too! What is up with these girls?! Even though it's only an hour earlier, doesn't it just seem SO early! Ha!

I decided that I'm going to have to start watermarking my photos too, there are too many creepy people out there. I am so glad that there will be a new picnik like site, I loved that place! I remember that right when G hit that 10 month mark, she took off developmentally and blew me away every day. She seemed like such a big girl after that mark to me. I'm sure you feel the same way about pretty miss E! I WISH G would sleep until 7! I have a 5:30 AM wake up call {at the latest} every single morning, ugh!

Loved reading this post. I need to look into watermarking. I'm so bad about not editing pics and using lots of phone pics. :) Hehe. I've also been bad about calorie counting and exercise lately. I'm stuck. Considering joining a gym but just don't know what to do. Boo. Emerson is adorable as always!

I love Blurb, but I didn't know you could use it for blog books- so handy! I use it to make coffee table books for trips we take- it's kind of like digital scrap booking for me, and it's precise, which is great for my picky self!

I need to learn how to watermark all of my pics too. Is it hard? I bought those same Karen Kingsbury books and can't wait to read them, too! The pics of E are so sweet as always! I love her 2 adorable front teeth!!!

I'm going to start watermarking as well! Becky's post totally gave me a much needed reality check. I forget that it's not just friends reading my blog, it could be crazies too!!!

I'm going to have to check out the program you mentioned! I've been searching for a picnik replacement and have yet to find a good one!!!

E is just so cute! I need to find a class for EC to join soon. I think it would be good for her to socialize too!!!

I have been thinking of making a blog book too :) And Becky's story is scary, and I was just wondering about watermarking my photos so thanks for the tip. I wonder if you could do it in Picasa as well?

I've been working on my blurb book for ages and hopefully it'll get done soon! And funny, I was just talking to my husband last night about watermarking my blog photos. Not that I take great photos or anything, but the idea of people swiping pictures of my family creeps me out!
