Just Another Random Monday

3.05.2012

I love posting on Mondays because it gives me a chance to ramble on about all the random stuff that is swirling around in my head. :)

-The baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs and E is loving them. It's just one more thing for her to pull up on. She's giving me major anxiety because she will NOT stay down. While I'm proud of her newfound skills I am constantly freaked out that she is going to fall... and she has. Several times. On the tile. Good thing she's tough.

-I keep pinning all of these beautiful outfits on Pinterest so I decided to follow the links on a few of them because I really loved some of the pieces. Yeah- I don't think I'll be able to actually buy anything from those sets I pinned because some of the dresses were $700.00. :( I think I need a Kohls/Target/Old Navy version of all of my pinned outfits. :)

- Jesse and I want to take a vacation sometime before we move back to the States but we can't decide where we should go. What is the one place in the world you consider a must-visit? (E will be with us, of course, so it would help if it's somewhat kid friendly.)

- My hair is finally growing! I blow dried it today for the first time in forever and I was surprised to see that it is almost shoulder length. Now maybe I can try some of those fun styles I've seen. Isn't this adorable?

- Emerson is in book heaven lately! We've received 3 books from the book exchange and she got two as gifts.

She got My Fuzzy Valentine from Gigi for Valentine's Day. She loves that Elmo is fuzzy and will sit and look at this book forever. Thanks Gigi! We love you!

And she also got this adorable handmade cloth book from Jana. Thanks so much Jana! (I have to mention that this cloth book turned out a million times better than the one I made at Christmas. I think mine has way too much batting in it. Now I know for the next time!)

6. I'm heading out to dinner with a few friends for girls' night tomorrow night. I am super excited! I just hope Emerson is a sweet girl for her Daddy. :)

Happy Monday friends!

I'm so glad you book exchange was successful! Nolan loves the head, shoulders book. I am still lucky Nolan isn't much of a climber, but I'm sure it won't be long. I would say Fiji would be a must on my list!

Yay for new books.
Callyn has only received one book so far-not sure if she is going to get anymore or what :(
Love her little angel outfit--too cute!

Love her little onesie! And E fell on his head on the stinking tile several times when he first started pulling up. It is the worst surface to learn to walk on!

I love E's outfit...so sweet. Someone sent me a book exchange once...I sent a book and I sent all of my required letters out....pretty sure nobody else participated...FAIL! We sure haven't received any books from it! Womp womp.

My hair is getting longer, too, but it is also falling out like crazy! I always see cute ways to fix hair but I am AWFUL at doing my own hair!

You always dress her so adorably! I love it! I just trimmed my hair, but I'm kinda wanting to grow it out super long.
