Hey…It Really Is OK

I’m linking up with Neely and Amber for It’s Ok Thursday.

It’s okay:
-to leave the clean laundry in the basket for a few days before finally putting it away
-to feel complete and utter joy at the sound of your baby’s sweet laugh
-to be more excited about the animals at the zoo than the kids are (more about this in a future post!)
The zoo 037
-for your baby to have more bows than you have accessories
-to be beyond excited for friends who are pregnant
-to spend hours wandering through Ikea with no real purpose
-to research and pin lots of exercise and running plans but fail to complete a single one
-to proofread blog posts for errors and still miss at least one every single time
-to put tons of things in your online cart and log off without buying a thing
-to love feeding your baby just to see the mess she makes
image
-to drink coffee and eat gingerbread cookies while pretending you’re having a Gingerbread latte  (the Starbucks here doesn’t sell them! ) Sad smile
-to stay up well past midnight because you just can’t put down Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
-to love gaining new followers
-to have never seen Elf (I am going to watch it this year, though. I’m in the mood for some Christmas movies.)
-to start pinning ideas for your baby’s 1st birthday even though it’s 6 months away
-to have become a complete Mommy blogger and proud of it.

Is it ok that I leave folded laundry in the basket for a week??? I'm embarrased...I feel you on the bows, Ellie has a million! It is always ok to stay up late reading HP. Its the best, and watching Elf is a must. It is one of my faves.

Emerson is just so stinkin cute!!!

aaww..i just LOVE this post and can totally relate!!!! The pic at the bottom is hysterical - I often wonder how I'll go about telling Addie about the blog and what she'll think of it!!

BOO on no gingerbread lattes from Starbucks...I wish I could send you one but I don't suppose they would hold up well with shipping;)

Hope you and E are having a wonderful week!!

You must watch Elf!! Love it! I'm holding off on pinning for the first birthday part, but I've definitely seen some ideas out there!!

I plan way ahead for birthdays too. Kaylee's 3rd birthday is 5.5 months away and I've already pinned a million ideas. She's having a Toy Story 3 party. Love E's messy food face. I think I might have enjoyed the zoo more than my girls when we went...LOL

I think those are all great and can relate to more than 1/2 of them :)

yeah I totally need to work on getting some more followers. I've been too lazy to do blog link ups lately, maybe I should start that again. Maybe I'll get a few more followers.
