Bye Bye Baby Weight Week 5

Week 5:
This Week’s Loss/Gain: –1.2 Sad smile
Total Weight Lost: 26.7
Weight to Go- 9 lbs


Food:  I didn’t make the best choices this week and I didn’t track my points every day. We ate out a few times, ordered pizza once, and barbecued. I used all of my extra points this week so that tells you just how much I ate. I am completely shocked that I had a loss! 

Fitness: This was definitely my worst week for fitness. I didn’t work out at all for the first few days of the week which meant I had to do Couch to 5k at the end of the week. It went great on my second day but my knee started killing me towards the end. It was very sore the next day where I had injured it previously so I decided to just walk on the third day. I hope I can get back into it this week but I don’t want to hurt my knee even more so I’m going to take it one day at a time. I also started the 100 pushups program. It’s an app on my IPhone similar to Couch to 5k but it helps you build up to doing 100 pushups without stopping. I was SO sore after doing it the first day. I guess I’ve become pretty weak! I’m starting off doing girly pushups but I hope to work my way up to doing real pushups.
  • Monday- nothing
  • Tuesday-nothing
  • Wednesday-nothing
  • Thursday- Couch to 5k Week 2 Day 1, 100 Pushups Week 1 Day 1
  • Friday –nothing
  • Saturday –Couch to 5k Week 2 Day 2, 100 Pushups Week 1 Day 2
  • Sunday- nothing

Last Week’s Goals
-Complete second week of Couch to 5K (3 days)
- Try another Turbo Fire workout- I was a bum this week and didn’t get this done!
-Track all points- Another fail! I’m terrible about doing this when we eat out. It’s really just me being lazy so I definitely  have to get better about this.


This Week’s Goals
-Choose healthy foods when eating out
-Complete Week 3 of Couch to 5k-(maybe- depending on my knee)
Complete Week 2 of 100 Pushups Program
-Maintain weight loss. Since we will be traveling I know it’s going to be  harder to eat right and exercise so I’ll be focusing on maintaining instead of losing for the next few weeks.

Congrats on your weight loss!!! And I think you did AWESOME considering your hubs came home this week:) I would have completely fallen off the wagon for sure. Hope you guys are having a wonderful week and thanks so much for hosting this link-up - its been a huge help for me:)

AWESOME job Tami! I was a bit of a slacker at the beginning of last week too! You seemed to have gotten back into it though!
